After You Place Your Order- Average lead times and the fabrication process.
After you have made the down payment to place your order, then fabrication can begin! Please read below to get a better understanding of your lead time and any items you might need to take care of while waiting for your installation. It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process your order before it is released for fabrication.
All lead times mentioned above and below are approximated averages of typical workloads. We will notify customers if lead times are currently longer than average. Seasonal variations can occur where lead times have a higher incidence of being extended (e.g. around Thanksgiving). There is no guarantee on any lead times mentioned.
- We will need all relevant, final information before we can begin fabrication. Typically, this can include but is not limited to: color, edge profile, sink style (drop in, vessel, or undermount), sink brand and model number if under mount, etc.
- Average lead time for all products AFTER down payment is made is generally 2-3 weeks. We will notify you if any products are currently having extended lead times or back orders. Upgraded edge laminate countertops have slightly increased lead times. Lead times do not include measure appointment or any time before down payment is made.
- For natural stone and granite countertops and quartz countertops- Once down payment is arranged and we have processed your order, you will be sent a docu-sign agreement to review and sign job details one last time.
- Once any of the applicable items above have been completed, sit back, relax, and wait for our service coordinator to call and schedule a day and arrival window for our installation crew. We do not schedule any orders until fabrication has been completed. Feel free to call and check on the status at any time, but we do call to schedule as soon as possible after your order is complete in our shop.
- After you place your countertop order, first we process your job and contact you, if needed, to confirm details. After your order is processed, the material is ordered, and takes anywhere from 1-3 business days up to 1-2 weeks, depending on product and color selection. Most material arrives within roughly 1 week. Once your material has arrived, your order is put in line for fabrication. Fabrication typically takes about another week, depending on order size and complexity. As soon as your order has finished being fabricated, we will reach out to you to schedule the installation.
