Limited 1 Year Labor and Craftsmanship Warranty
Warranty
Irving Counter, Inc. (“ICT”) warrants that all custom fabricated countertop products (“Products”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of installation (the “Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, ICT will repair or replace, at its own discretion, Products found to be defective. Products are warrantied only to our direct customers and no warranty is extended to any third parties. All warranty claims must first be verified and ICT must be able to perform a Product inspection at the jobsite if it deems it necessary. This is a warranty on craftsmanship and labor only. Only the original Product manufacturer warranty for each brand or Product will apply for any material defects.
Warranty Limitations- All Natural Stone Products
Granite, marble, quartzite, and all other stone Products are natural, many of which are crystalline in structure. Natural fissures can also occur and vary in visibility and tactility. Natural stone Products are porous which may cause dark spots and discoloration. These and other natural characteristics enhance the natural beauty of the stone and do not impair the product, ICT expressly excludes from this Warranty any discolorations, stains, dark spots, fissures, or any other natural occurring features of the stone.
Other Terms
ICT gives no other warranty expressed or implied and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are disclaimed. ICT will not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, Acts of God, or lost profits and under no circumstances will ICT’s liability for defective goods exceed the invoice price of such goods. This warranty shall govern the liability of ICT and supersedes any terms or conditions of Buyer’s purchase order or invoice.
